We have been having so much fun these past 15 days with Oma and Opa (and Daisy dog). They flew over from Germany and Millie and I loved showing them around Snoqualmie and Seattle. The very first day we took them for a walk to Snoqualmie Falls.
We had almost near perfect weather the entire time they have been here (only 2 days of rain). The rest of the time was warm, sunny days. We went to Alki beach one morning and searched for all sorts of treasures washed up on the beach. We found seaglass, lots of seaweed and even a starfish.
It was so sunny, we decided to take a ride on the water taxi over to downtown Seattle. We even got to see a whole bunch of sea lions sunning themselves..(More photos on them shortly. Detlef took a great picture with his camera...)
